ARE THERE ANY TIMES WHEN YOU SHOULD AVOID SUBCONTACT? A. Yes! - If you are: under the influence of any psychoactive or mood
altering drugs, prescribed, over-the-counter, legal or otherwise; under the influence of alcohol; experiencing
a substance abuse problem and NOT in a recovery program;
emotionally upset - such as angry; or under the care of a therapist for any
