The guiding vision for Challenge House International lies in our natural instinct for curiosity and creativity. Curiosity leads to learning, creativity to the expression of our learning. We are dedicated to helping people explore their potential for learning through the practice of the SubContact Modular Program and the creation of unique recreational learning experiences. These challenges strive to contribute to the holistic development of the individual, the group and the greater society.
- MODULES include:
- -understanding the stages and nature of change
- -obstacles to successful change
- -practice combining relaxation with mental imagery
- -learn the language your subconscious speaks
- -how to be creative and innovative with dolfinizing
- -the protocols of SubContact, the technique
- -setting and achieving goals
- -go one step further - become a CHI Alumni and create recreational learning experiences

Interested in the SubContact Modular Program workshops. Get a group together and invite Ms. Benson to come to you.
Costs vary, depending upon number of participants, more #s = less $$.
Host participants electing to become Founding CHI Alumni, in their area, receive first year free membership.
Hosts provide: - Ms. Benson's travel and accommodation
- workshop space
- basic workshop materials,eg. flip board, etc.
- refreshments, optional
